Micro-Ring Extensions
Micro-Ring extensions are becoming more and more popular as permanent hair extensions. They are easily applied without the use of heat and equally easy to remove. There are two types of micro-ring extensions, ‘loop extensions’ and ‘I-tip extensions’.
I-tip extensions
I-tip extensions have a tiny, almost invisible Keratin stick at the upper end of each strand. For application, you need threader and micro-ring pliers.
Micro-ring Loop Extensions
Micro-ring loop extensions have a loop at the top end to easily pull your own strand of hair through, which makes them so much easier to apply. You only need micro-ring pliers to firmly close the rings.

Our Premium Quality extensions are made from Indian Remy Human Hair. The original colour is a dark brown to black and the hair is bleached carefully and then coloured into a variety of colours. The cuticles of Indian hair stay intact and the hair is laying naturally downwards. You can wear these extensions for 3-6 months.
Our Standard Quality is more affordable. The 100% human hair comes from Southeast Asia and is chemically treated to adjust to European hair, but does not have an artificial silicone layer. You can wear these extensions for 1-3 months, depending on how good you care for your extensions.
All our extensions have a natural look as the extensions have – like your own hair – shorter and longer hair, the technical term for that is ‘single drawn’.
Micro-ring extensions are permanent extensions, you can keep them in your hair for 3-5 months, depending on how fast your own hair grows. If it grows very slowly, keep them in even longer than 5 months. Then the rings become visible and you remove the extensions. You can attach new rings and apply the extensions again.
We offer a variety of options for micro-ring extensions, both in length of strands and in thickness of strands to meet the requirements of our client’s hair. Some women have fine or thin hair, other have strong and thick hair.
- Length options: 40cm, 50cm, 60cm
- Thickness options: 0.5g, 08g 1g strands
- Each pack contains 25 strands.
In Standard Quality you can choose between 0.5g and 1g strands
In Premium Quality the 40cm and 50cm weigh 0.8g and the 60cm weigh 1g
How many strands you need depends on the quality of your own hair, and if you just want to add volume to your own hair or if you want to achieve a full extension.
Your average need for 0,8g / 1g strands:
- For fine or thin hair you need 4-6 packs
- For normal hair you need 5-8 packs
- For thick hair you need 7-9 packs
Your average need for 0,5g Strands is exactly double to achieve the same result.
